Draft for review — not a substitute for a signed customer agreement. These outline the areas our commercial terms should cover. They are not intended to create a binding sales, rental or development contract on their own.
Quotations and scope
Each proposal should identify the equipment, software, development work, services, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, exclusions and pricing. Any change in scope should be agreed in writing.
Hardware purchase
Customer quotations and contracts should specify equipment models, specifications, delivery, installation, payment, warranties, support and applicable remedies.
Hardware rental
Indicative rental pricing on this website refers to a minimum 24-month term. The signed rental agreement must confirm the actual term, payment schedule, ownership, insurance, damage, maintenance, early termination and return arrangements.
Software licensing and support
Agreements should identify licence scope, permitted users or devices, service availability, updates, security, support, data handling and any recurring charges.
Bespoke development
Project documentation should set out discovery, milestones, review and acceptance, payment stages, responsibilities, intellectual property, third-party components, change requests and post-launch maintenance.
Data protection and confidentiality
Where services involve personal information or confidential business material, the parties should agree their respective responsibilities and any necessary data processing terms.
